1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using MarketMingle, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

2. Use of Service

MarketMingle provides a platform connecting local buyers and sellers. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2.1 User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information
• You will not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

3. Marketplace Rules

3.1 For Sellers

• You must accurately describe all products or services listed
• You may not list prohibited items (weapons, illegal goods, etc.)
• You are responsible for fulfilling all orders and commitments
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Product listings must include accurate pricing and availability

3.2 For Buyers

• You agree to honor purchase commitments made through the platform
• You are responsible for inspecting items before purchase
• You will communicate respectfully with sellers
• You will not engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices

4. Transactions

MarketMingle facilitates connections between buyers and sellers but is not a party to any transaction. All transactions are between users. We are not responsible for:

• The quality, safety, or legality of items listed
• The accuracy of listings or user content
• The ability of sellers to complete a sale
• The ability of buyers to complete a purchase

5. Fees

MarketMingle reserves the right to charge fees for certain services. Any applicable fees will be clearly disclosed before you incur them.

6. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MarketMingle and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post on MarketMingle. By posting content, you grant us a license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such content on and through the service.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit viruses or malicious code
• Spam or solicit users for commercial purposes
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. MarketMingle does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MarketMingle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Azerbaijan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
